Membership is limited to students.   There are executive staff and general members.

General members level of participation is limited only by their personal situation.

Executive staff members have set areas of responsibility.

The Mentor Program pairs a student with a professional from within that member's area of responsibility.  For example, a marketing student will have a volunteer staff member from a local marketing firm as a mentor.

All members are entitled to

Philosophy

  • Promote the philosophy and practice of organ and tissue donation.
  • Provide practical experience for college and high school students by conceptualizing, implementing and administering the Foundation’s work.
  • Foster life-long values toward charity among our young volunteers.
  • Build a strong relationship and healthy reputation within the transplant community.
Internships, Service-Learning & Directed Study

It is the goal of the internship program to accomplish the goals of the student staff member with respect to work for the Foundation.

Internships can be associated with an independent, directed study  or service-learning program for academic credit or without credit, paid or unpaid.
